Designed for one adult and one child aged 3-5, these classes will run at the same time so that you can work towards your fitness goals while your mini-me enjoys an introductory dance class.
Our conditioning class will use a combination of cardio, strength and stretch work to help you with your fitness goals. Open to all fitness levels.
Your dancer will join a fun class where they will gallop, skip, spin and jump all while improving coordination, musicality, gaining strength and endurance in an environment that encourages creative expression. This class is a perfect introduction to a social and structured environment that teaches creative skills, physical skills and life skills too! Dancers learn left and right, how to follow along with instruction and work as a team.
