Ready to take your child’s love of dance to the next level? The Pure Energy Dance Calgary Competition Team is designed for dancers who are passionate, motivated, and excited to grow in a positive, encouraging environment.

Your dancer will have the opportunity to build strong technique, confidence, teamwork, discipline, and lifelong friendships — all while experiencing the excitement of performing and competing. Through age-appropriate training, small class sizes, and all-inclusive support, your child will feel encouraged, challenged, and celebrated every step of the way.

Competition dancers train in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acro, and Hip Hop while building confidence, discipline, resilience, stage presence, and lasting friendships. Beyond dance technique, your child will develop valuable life skills that support growth both in and out of the studio.

To help make competitive dance more accessible, volunteer fundraising opportunities are available throughout the season to help offset individual dance costs. Families can participate in a variety of fundraising initiatives, giving your dancer the opportunity to work toward reducing expenses such as competition fees, costumes, and other dance-related costs.
