Tiny Toes
For ages 3-4, our tiny toes class is full of fun and is a great way to introduce dance and music into your child’s life. The class provides and important opportunity to socialize and helps prepare children to start school. Watch your child gallop, skip, spin and jump with a huge smile on their face where every class is a journey brimming with excitement, exploration and learning. Along the way, our dancers improve co-ordination and musicality, develop new skills, gain strength and endurance in an environment that encourages creative expression, all while preparing them to advance into the technical dance forms.
Happy Feet
For ages 4-5 (must be 5 by December 31), our Happy Feet class begins to explore basic ballet and tap movement with a special emphasis on interactive movement games, imaginative mimes, singing and story telling. Classes are 45 minutes once a week. This class is perfect for children who are ready or almost-ready to start school, and gives them a perfect opportunity to socialize, follow directions and learn how to be part of a team.
Jazz dance is a energetic class that helps increase flexibility, strength, control, musicality and confidence. Dancers will learn various styles of jazz to help develop a well-rounded foundation for increasingly more complex and intricate work. This class includes a warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor work and combinations in both Jazz and Tap
ACRO AGES 6 +
Acro Dance is a physically demanding activity that combines dance technique with acrobatic elements and is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, & strength. This class is an important part of our competitive dancers training program, but is also great for children looking for a weekly physically demanding activity that increasing strength and confident.
The foundation of all dance technique begins with ballet. Learn to stand with confidence, move with precision and develop accurate posture and alignment gaining poise, grace, confidence and strength. Ballet also teaches commitment, determination and body awareness. Classes are available for both recreational and competitive dancers, ages 6+.
Whether your child is dying to rock the floor and show off their mad style or they want an opportunity to dance without the formal attire; Hip Hop dance is powerful and electrifying. Students will learn about the history, music, culture, and styles that makes Hip Hop one of the most popular styles today. This class helps develop individuality by allowing each student the opportunity to exhibit their uniqueness and personal style. They are encouraged to let their voice be heard, groove wholeheartedly to the beat, and bring pride and confidence into their dancing.

Once your dancer starts tapping, they won’t want to stop! This style of dances put the dancer in control of the rhythm and beat. Classes begin by teaching the basic step to help develop a foundation that leads to a deep understanding of phrasing, rhythm and co-ordination. Classes are available for both recreational and competitive dancers ages 5+.
Contemporary dance is a creative style of expressive dance which combines elements of several dance styles including modern, jazz, lyrical, and classical ballet. This style of dance stresses versatility and improvisation, unlike the strict, structured nature of ballet. Contemporary dancers focus on floorwork, using gravity as a tool to move their bodies. Dancers must be enrolled in Ballet, Jazz and Tech and Stretch
This choreography-based class is for elementary and higher level dancers who want to give voice to their feelings, passion and emotion. Lyrical dance incorporates jazz, ballet and modern dance techniques and is known for its expressiveness and musicality. Dancers must be enrolled in Ballet, Jazz, and Acro
Aerial Arts are dance, technique, strength, and fitness combined to create a beautiful acrobatic dance in the air with the support of an apparatus, Students learn knots, flips, hangs, and strength poses in a comfortable environment using properly developed progressions for safety. Classes include Aerial Silk skills, conditioning, climbing and techniques. We are fully insured, trained and only teach skills that students are physically prepared to succeed in. Our classes are safe and progressive.
Aerial Yoga combines the support of suspended fabric with classic yoga postures to create a unique practice that is challenging yet still accessible.
